- All prices indicated are inclusive of GST

- Once order is placed, you will receive an invoice in your email including payment methods and details via direct bank transfer or credit card payment

- By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract

- Order is not complete without final payment within 3 days after invoice date, once past the payment date, QSFT reserves the right to cancel your order

- For payment by credit card, there will be surcharge of 1% to the total invoice amount, and gift card(s) will not be available until final authorisation from your credit card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will contact you if payment is not authorised

- If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before payment is made. Please contact us via call (07) 3382 7799 or email accounts@qsft.qld.edu.au to organise order cancellation. You will need to provide your name and order number to cancel your order

- For products that require delivery, we will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched, and will advise of the shipping method (if any) at that time

- Once Gift Card is issued:

   1. Redeemable for QLD School of Film & Television workshop only
   2. Gift card may not be returned or redeemed for cash
   3. If it is lost, stolen or used without permission, it cannot be replaced
   4. The original card must be surrendered to complete booking

- We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without affect the final purchase condition. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.
